So I found a post by Mecdac that had the diagram I needed and the connector is c270j and the pins 4 and 5 are "not used". So why do I get continuity to ground on the 4 pin and not the 5 pin? Same color. great resource should be in library for future use.

(Picture 1) The connector pictured next to the Central Junction Box is disconnected. This contains 2 green wires with black stripes to one pin and 2 red wires with pink stripes to the other pin; the cable runs to the CJB. I found the Red/Pink pin made continuity with none of the fuses in the CJB.
