On the Firewall there's a junction box with 12v wires going to the Bulkhead connectors. What are these for? They all terminate on the left side of the Bulkhead. You know that a lot of the wiring to/from the ECM and components located in the engine compartment don't transit the firewall at the BHC. There is a big group of ECM connected wiring that passes through the firewall over on .The truck will start and run, but only has 2nd and 3rd gear. I think there may be a blown fuse, but the only fuse box I can find is on the lower left side of the dash, and all the fuses in that box are good. Is there another fuse box on the truck . In the white, upper part of the bulkhead connector in picture 2, that wire comes through at the top, far right (closest to the driver's side fender).

I need to find the gas tank sender wire on this: The wiring junction box that connects through the firewall and into the fuse box is giving me problems. There is a big group of ECM connected wiring that passes through the firewall over on the RH side - by the transmission dipstick.The truck will start and run, but only has 2nd and 3rd gear. I think there may be a blown fuse, but the only fuse box I can find is on the lower left side of the dash, and all the fuses in that box are good. Is there another fuse box on the truck somewhere, or is there another problem? It’s the last part I have to hookup to my Ls stand-alone harness. this should help you out. Over the years I have collected a bunch of GM service literature. Links to PDF Scans of service and STG manuals and a links to the Parts manuals. Turn signal problems, especially rear signals, are almost always found near the back of the truck. Likely suspects are bad taillight circuit boards, bad rear lamp harness grounds, bad add-on trailer wiring, even the T style where they plug in like a factory harness can cause problems - I've seen it.
